Offer letters, generated and routed for signature

Multi-signer documents like offer letters can now be drafted, staff-prefilled, and automatically routed to the right internal signer — without leaving the platform.

A document that needs more than one signature — an offer letter a manager needs to approve before a candidate ever sees it, for example — used to mean coordinating who fills what, and in what order, outside the platform.

Multi-role e-signature documents are now a built-in flow: staff prefill their fields directly in the platform, and the system automatically resolves who the internal signer should be — pulling first from the people actually assigned to that operation, not a generic fallback. And once a signing flow is underway, that step is now protected from being swept away by ordinary re-planning, so a document mid-signature can't quietly disappear and have to start over.

Offer letters and other multi-party documents — drafted, routed, and protected, start to finish, on the platform.
