Adaptive questions, and a full view of what's pending

Intake questions can now branch on an earlier answer instead of asking everything up front, and staff can see every pending question — and what unlocks it — in one place.

Agents used to have to ask every question up front, with no way to skip ones that wouldn't apply — "upload your facility file" to someone who doesn't have one yet, or "describe the requirements" to someone who already sent the file. That meant more questions than necessary, for candidates and staff alike.

Questions can now be gated on an earlier answer, so only the ones that actually apply get asked. And when several questions are open at once, staff no longer have to page through them one at a time to decide which to tackle first: a single view shows the whole stack — what's open, what's locked and why, and what's been deliberately set aside — so nothing gets missed and nothing gets asked twice.

Shorter question lists for candidates. A clearer queue for staff.
